Gallery Skye at St. Joseph’s

Envisioned and renovated by artist Skye Skagfeld, the former library of St Joseph’s school is now Skye Gallery. A tradition has been established of hosting independent thematic art exhibitions on the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice.

Through this rural arts initiative, the local community is invited to experience the art on display in an intimate and unconventional setting. The seasonal exhibitions meditate on the changing rhythms of the natural world while creating space for connection, reflection, and creative dialogue.

Reflecting sustainability-minded practices Skye Gallery continues to evolve as a place where contemporary art can be experienced outside of traditional urban centres.
